PACT AGM 2016

The Penrith Action for Community Transition Limited 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held on 7th September 2016 at 7:30pm at 4 Carleton Terrace, Carleton Road, Penrith CA11 8LR.

One third of the elected directors will stand down (as per the rules), as will any co-opted directors; they are eligible for re-relection.  All members of PACT Ltd are invited to stand in the election.

The proposed annual report and annual accounts will be made available on our formal documents page.

The AGM will be following by a meeting of the new board to which all members are invited.
