Is there one key issue that we could all work on together? One major project to jointly fundraise for?

1.30-2.40pm Marketing training session
Jaki from CAfS will share tips on making the best use of marketing, PR and social media to support your work and aims.

2.40-3pm Fossil-fuel extraction
Members asked for time to discuss what action, if any, groups are taking to prevent local fossil-fuel extraction.

3-3.15pm Coffee break

3.15-3.45pm The Community Resilience Compass
Tim from Sustainable Brampton will introduce this planning tool and we'll discuss whether it could be used by network members to help lead their communities towards greater resilience/sustainability.

3.45-4pm Green transport in Cumbria
An opportunity to agree a focus for action, advocacy, training, funding, etc. for 2018.

4-4.30pm Attitudes to climate change
Jaki will update you about research she's undertaking, to benchmark current attitudes to climate change in the county - how the data could help you with planning your projects (and whether you can perhaps help!).

4.30-4.50pm Upcoming events and activity
A chance for you to update the network on your current projects and let us know about any events you're organising.

4.50pm Wrap-up
A summary of outcomes from discussions and any actions agreed. Arrangements for the next meeting.
