Gassification Log Burning Boiler demonstration at Beck Cottage, Glassonby Beck, Penrith, Cumbria, CA10 1DX.
The Boiler will be running and the complete system with accumulator tank will be demonstrated and explained. The system provides heating from conventional radiators and instant hot water from a coil in the accumulator tank. The system is virtually zero carbon, not quite but close.
Notes on the system with be supplied. To reach us, leave Penrith by taking the A686 from the Kemplay roundabout in Penrith. Cross the bridge at Langwathby and take the left turn before the pub to Little Salkeld. through Little Salkeld following signs to Glassonby. At Glassonby turn right towards Gamblesby and in less than 100 m turn left to Glassonby Beck and Old Parks. At the bottom of the hill follow the Beck and cross the bridge. We are the first house on the left 70 m up the hill.
