A FREE one day conference exploring the current methods, materials, research and case studies on the refurbishment of traditional buildings. 

This cutting-edge conference explores current knowledge and research in this field, together with practical case studies appropriate to Cumbria's broad range of building stock. The speakers, drawn from diverse backgrounds, are all practically involved in the subject and the seminars are complemented by a closing debate, where there will be an opportunity to raise questions.

The conference will be of interest to planning professionals, Local Authority personnel, contractors, homeowners and those responsible for places of worship, public and community buildings.
