From Eden Credit Union Study Group
We as a Study Group have been concentrating on collecting pledges and we are now at a position where we are looking to start work on the business plan and are sttling down into sub-groups to concentrate on specificareas of work
We need people to help with all aspects of this which encompass the following areas:
- Organisation design - planning delivery, staff etc
- Premises planning - locations, logistics etc
- Business Planning analysis - SWOT, PEST etc
- Risk analysis
- Policies and procedures
- Fund-raising strategies
- IT and Communications
- Publicity and Marketing
We appreciate that this is a substantial list, but if you had any particular interest in any of these areas of work, we would be delighted to welcome you to one of the sub-groups, or if you would like to chat to someone about this first, please do call me on 01434 381171/382128 and I will help you all I can, or direct you to the group member who will be heading up the sub-group.
