It is suggested that we spend time looking at how we increase our active membership. We have achieved a lot over a three year period and in many ways punch above our weight due to an excellent web site, quality films and significant commitment from our active members. However I perceive that we have an increasing opportunity to do more but are constrained by lack or resource, both financial and bodies. We need to find sustainable ways of addressing this.
