Why is the website in these colours? Why are all our photos in black and white?

We have carefully chosen the muted tones and off-white background colours as they produce less carbon emissions, and it’s less energy intensive – not just on our servers, but also on your device!

Having all of our photos in black and white achieves the same goals – so we can happily say we are being as sustainable as we can. It’s also easier on your eyes!
