We also support Penrith Community Gardeners. As well as growing food, the flower beds they maintain are wonderful for pollinators and their quirky displays have included nestboxes, giving more birds a home in Penrith. 

PACT has previously run a Long Grass For Nature campaign, encouraging local people to grow their grass longer to create a home for insects and allow wild plants to flower, providing vital food for pollinators.
