Our friends at the North of England Civic Trust (NECT) are running two really interesting training days at the beinning of October. Spaces are free but, and are available on a first-come-first-served basis by emailing skills@nect.org.uk.
Join Skillingtons, the sub-contractors working on Lowther Castle, on a plastering course in the use of lime plaster. It will be run by a master plasterer with over 30 years experience. The course will cover both theory and practical elements throughout, with an opportunity for hands on practice. Refreshments available. This course is suitable for those with limited knowledge of lime plastering. This is a NECT partner event with Patton Heritage.
