As part of Penrith’s Great Big Green Week, PACT are hosting a special Green Screen on beavers with a follow up Q&A with Lee Schofield!
Balancing The Scales is a powerful, visually stunning documentary that captures hope amid environmental uncertainty. Through candid interviews with leading experts, this film unpacks the intricate relationship between beavers and migratory fish – revealing the opportunities beavers create and the unique challenges they introduce in our modern landscapes.
The film will be followed by a Q&A with Lee Schofield, conservationist and nature writer. He is the Author of Wild Fell: Fighting for Nature on a Lake District Hill Farm, which describes his work as site manager for the RSPB at Haweswater in the Lake District National Park.
