ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022

The PACT AGM 2022 will be held on Friday October 7^th, starting at 7pm. It will be held at the Quaker Meeting House, Meeting House Lane, Penrith, CA11 7TR, and will also be on Zoom.

All members and potential members are welcome to attend.

• Election of Directors

Two directors are stepping down at this AGM and we already had two vacancies so we have space for four new directors. We invite any member to volunteer to stand for election as a director of PACT. Please ask if you would like to know more about what is involved.

• Election of Officers

The board of directors will elect the chair, secretary and treasurer from amongst their number. 

Entertainment

The AGM will be followed by updates on some of the projects that come under PACT’s ‘umbrella’:

• The work of the Community Gardeners
• The Repair Café and Freegle events
• Shap Green Reading Group
• Kate Clement’s role as our new Community Action Officer

And a short talk – ‘A day in the life of a smart home’ - showcasing the value of domestic solar. Relating to the project ‘Solar made easy’ that we hope to get involved in soon.

Bring and share supper

Please if possible bring something to share, but please no alcohol. Teas, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Do stay around if you can, it’s a chance to get to know other PACT members and a chance to ask questions.
